OUR PROCESS

STEP 1

STEP 1: DESIGN PHASE

Arrange an appointment with one of our experienced designers, either in your home (renovations) or at our showroom (new builds). Your designer will get a comprehensive brief from you, then walk you through the extensive range of products and appliances available to help you make the right choices for your budget, needs and wishlist.

STEP 4: PRODUCTION

Any changes or discrepencies picked up at the final site measure will be amended and your designer will present to you the final design and specification (called the Confirmed Kitchen Order) for your approval.

Once you have done this appproval you will be given a key date summary with the confirmation of your delivery and installation dates.

Your delivery and manufacturing times are dictated by the material you have chosen but generally you can expect a minimum of 15 working days for melamine and acrylic cabinetry and 20 working days for Dezignatek (thermoformed) cabinetry after this sign off.
